These terms apply to the website, articles, quizzes, downloads, paid digital products, search, email updates and related services offered through GainingSun.

GainingSun provides current affairs, GK, editorial analysis, PIB summaries, magazine analysis, MCQs and study material for educational and exam-preparation purposes.

We are not affiliated with UPSC, SSC, Banking institutions, Railways, Defence recruitment bodies, State PSCs, any government examination authority, newspaper, magazine publisher or government department unless expressly stated.

Nothing on the website guarantees selection, marks, rank, interview call, job placement, official answer validity or exam success.

We try to keep content useful and accurate, but current affairs and exam-related information can change. Articles, MCQs, explanations, PDFs and links may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

Users should verify critical facts, official notifications, exam dates, eligibility, syllabus changes, legal updates and government schemes from official sources before relying on them.

We may edit, update, remove, reorganize or restrict content at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, website content is for personal, non-commercial learning and revision.

Quiz scores, MCQ explanations and practice results are for self-assessment only. They should not be treated as official exam predictions or professional evaluation.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider. We do not intentionally store full card, UPI, net-banking or wallet credentials.

Digital products are supplied electronically and may become available immediately after payment confirmation. Once access, download or delivery has been made available, the transaction is treated as completed for that product.

If there is a payment confirmation issue, duplicate debit, non-delivery of access, wrong file access or a technical access problem, please contact us with the order ID and payment details. Our role in such cases is to verify the transaction and help restore access, re-enable delivery, provide the correct file where applicable, or coordinate with the payment provider according to their process.

The website may display advertisements, sponsored placements, affiliate-style links, brand collaborations or promotional information where appropriate.

Any accepted promotion should be lawful, relevant and not misleading. We do not guarantee advertiser claims, user results, product performance or exam outcomes.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal rights.
